Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We offer free returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition, with tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging

What Doesn’t Qualify

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns if:

• The item shows signs of wear, washing, or odor
• Tags have been removed
• Packaging is missing or damaged

Return Process

1. Submit a return request through our Returns Portal 
2. You’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid UPS return shipping label
3. Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest UPS location
4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
