Returns
Return Eligibility
We offer free returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
What Doesn’t Qualify
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns if:
- The item shows signs of wear, washing, or odor
- Tags have been removed
- Packaging is missing or damaged
Return Process
- Submit a return request through our Returns Portal
- You’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid UPS return shipping label
- Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest UPS location
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
